ANF Group is awarded the new Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, Cancer Institute, Parking Structure and Central Energy Plant for Memorial Healthcare System

HOLLYWOOD, FL (March 14, 2008) -
ANF Group, Inc., one of the Florida's leading development and construction firms, has been awarded the
Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, a 4 floor 156,000 (BGSF) square-foot (SF) facility with a 2 Level Air-Conditioned Pedestrian Bridge, which will free-span across 35th Avenue. Parking Garage Structure, consisting of 187,000 (GSF) and 356 parking spaces. Cancer Institute, with 83,250 GSF and Central Energy Plant, a 3-level facility which will include chillers, boilers, cooling towers and more.

He continued that ANF Group has always valued their long term working relationship with the South Broward Hospital District.
The new facility will be located adjacent to the existing Memorial Regional Hospital on the west side of 35th Avenue and Johnson Street in Hollywood, FL.
The project is valued at $126,500,000.
Construction is slated to begin in April of 2009.
