ANF Group is awarded the new Memorial Hospital West Central Energy Plant Expansion and Medical Gas Tank Farm

PEMBROKE PINES, FL ( March 27, 2008) - ANF Group, Inc., one of Florida's leading deveolpment and construction firms, has been awarded the Memorial Hospital West Central Energy Plant Explansion, a 12,000 SF addition to the Existing Central Energy Plant and new Medical Gas Tank Farm. The work will consist of site work, selective demolition, concrete/psi joist structure, infill masonry exterior with a stucco finish, miscellaneous metals, finish carpentry, doors, overhead doors, interiors, fire sprinkler, mechanical, plumbing, fuel oil piping, electrical. It will be done in several phases so that the new mechanical equipment can be installed prior to the relocation of any existing pieces of equipment. The two projects will be built at one time.

The project is valued at $20 million. Construction is slated to begin in August 2008.
