This project is the new construction of a 21,175 sq.ft. addition to the Existing Central Energy Plant and new Medical Gas Tank Farm. The work will consist of site work, selective demolition, concrete/psi joist structure, infill masonry exterior with a stucco finish, miscellaneous metals, finish carpentry, doors, overhead doors, interiors, fire sprinkler, mechanical, plumbing, fuel oil piping, electrical. It will be done in several phases so that the new mechanical equipment can be installed prior to the relocation of any existing pieces of equipment. The two projects will be built at one time.
